Hello all! Thank you for your interest in hypnotherapy. First off I would like to state that I (Daniel), got into hypnosis back in 2016. After a few years of dabbling and after reading pretty much every book on the subject, I decided to go and train at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in San Francisco, CA in 2019. There I really advanced my skills and techniques in order to provide the service I have today. I included a FAQ section at the bottom of the page. Are you dealing with a daunting pain that you have been dealing with for years with no explanation why? Or maybe you have a pain that is unbearable on a day to day basis. Hypnotherapy can benefit pain relief in a few ways. One way is learning how to defuse and control the pain level. The other is sometimes through exploration under hypnosis you can find the root of the pain that your conscious mind might not have even been aware that that's why the pain still haunts you today.
Hypnosis is a great tool to relieve stress/temper. With such pure relaxation and ease of the body it can much be like meditation. That relaxation added with suggestions to how you deal with that stress and can easily defuse makes hypnosis so effective.
Children are absolutely incredible. Through kids expansive imagination hypnotherapy is such an effortless way to improve an aspect of their life. Whether it's wetting the bed, nightmares, struggles in school, athletic performance or whatever else it may be, kids tend to have very enjoyable and beneficial sessions.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state in which the subconscious mind has heightened focus, although the subconscious is focused on a suggestion or idea, the process is a very deep relaxed state.
What is Hypnotherapy?
The term hypnotherapy can best be described as the process of presenting new ideas, or reframing old ideas to move towards a certain goal the client and hypnotherapist have agreed upon. The subconscious mind is the area of your brain that stores patterns, habits, & other strong beliefs. That is why hypnotherapy is so effective, because through hypnosis you are directly communicating with the subconscious and can work through all these old habits, beliefs, etc.
How do I know I can be Hypnotized?
The fact is almost everybody can be hypnotized as long as your compliant and WANT to be hypnotized. Hypnosis will not work on those who don't want to be hypnotized because it's NOT mind control. When in hypnosis, I as the hypnotherapist, can't make you do anything you wouldn't do normally in your everyday life. Hypnotherapy takes a mutual effort from both the client and hypnotist to make the results come to life.
