DEEP TISSUE & MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Deep tissue and myofascial release is used to manipulate structure and muscle restrictions versus pleasure/relaxation as the primary goal. Working deeply, mindfully, and slowly through the many layers of tissue and muscle to release holding patterns in the most effective and efficient way.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
The most commonly used form of classic Western massage, generally performed in the direction of the heart, sometimes with active or passive movement of the joints. It is used especially for relaxation, relief of muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and range of motion, applied with generally light pressure.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the specific application of pressure to tender muscle tissue/specific points in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
CRAINIOSACRAL FASCIAL RELEASE
CSFR is a light touch, non-invasive approach to somatic healing through the evaluation and treatment of the Crainiosacral System (meningeal membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord). It provides relief of pain and dysfunction for many sensory and motor, and neurological disorders by supporting the body's innate function of homeostasis (self-regulation).

THAI MASSAGE
Thai Massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment effects are enhanced when the patient is fully relaxed and breathing deeply. Loose clothing is suggested to be worn for passive stretching poses. This modality of massage can decrease stress, improve range of motion, and increase energy levels.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is designed to help condition the muscles of athletes of all skill levels. Athletes seek sports massage therapy to condition their muscles prior to sporting events as well as to help their bodies to recover after particularly strenuous training and athletic performances. Whether it is pre or post event, massage can benefit the athlete greatly.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It can enhance the function of muscles and joints, improve cardiovascular functions, general body tone, and help to relieve mental as well as physical fatigue
CUPPING THERAPY ADD-ON
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of complimentary medicine in which a therapist puts specific silicon or glass cups on the skin for a few minutes to create suction and to bring blood flow into targeted areas. This therapy has many purposes, including relief of pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue technique.
HOT STONES ADD-ON
Hot stone massage is a form of massage therapy and bodywork involving the placement of a number of either heated or cooled stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation and therapy. Stones are glided across the skin and are very relaxing when hot. They can heat up specific muscles and make it easier to break up knots and tightness.
