We have a smaller sized office space, but we ARE able to accommodate small groups in our office for yoga classes (no walk-ins, must pre register). We can also come to your private event or location to teach yoga classes to almost any skill level! Perfect for intermediate and beginners. What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga tends to be more slow-paced with a strong focus on stretching and long holds of Asanas (yoga poses). It is made up of three main practices: body postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Designed to promote calmness of the mind, body, and spirit. Like other yoga forms, Hatha yoga can be beneficial for overall health and well-being.
About Your Yoga Teacher
Welcome everyone! Maddison here wanting to share with you how I started my journey into yoga. It has been something I've been interested in my whole life. After I moved out to Denver, CO I started elevating my practice and would go to classes here and there. I finally felt like I was deep enough into my practice to go and become an instructor. I went and studied at the Shoshoni Ashram in Nederland, CO, there I learned Hatha Yoga. Ever since then I have enjoyed spreading my knowledge of yoga to everyone, in order to let them enjoy the benefits that yoga has to offer as much as I have.
